Who Can Drive?
Anyone 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license may drive the Tomcar. Passengers aged 4 and up are welcome when accompanied by an adult driver. Families, couples, corporate groups, and thrill-seekers all love our tours.
Do We Have to Wear Helmets or Goggles?
Unlike most ATV tour companies, guests 18 and over are not required to wear helmets. By law, riders 17 and under must wear a helmet, and we provide DOT-approved helmets for those guests.
