WHERE TO GO
WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Please arrive NO LATER than 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time for check-in and paperwork. We recommend planning to arrive 30 minutes early to account for any issues with traffic.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS:
Uber / Lyft
Rental Car
Private Car Service
• AZ Chauffeur – (623) 810-4818
HOLIDAY WEEKEND TRAFFIC:
If you are joining us on a holiday weekend, please be sure to account for additional traffic on I-17, as many folks are heading up north of Phoenix for the weekend. You can visit AZ511.com for live traffic information.
WHAT TO WEAR
REQUIRED:
• Close-Toed Shoes
The desert is a very “pokey” place, and some areas can be rocky and/or loose gravel type terrain. We recommend a hiking boot or shoe, but sneakers are fine!
RECOMMENDED:
• Comfortable Clothing
• Long Pants (Shorts are ok if you prefer)
• Hat (To keep the sun off of your face)
• Sunglasses (YOU WILL WANT THEM)
Suggestions vary throughout the year depending on temperature. In the winter months, we suggest layering as the Sonoran Desert can have wide, dramatic temperature swings, so we want you to be prepared and comfortable. Also, please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty! It will be dusty out there!
You can check the typical weather for your stay by visiting TimeAndDate.com for typical average temperatures.
